Ukrainian partisans continue reconnoitering key targets on russian soil, while russians try to defend them from drone attacks

russia is actively covering fuel tanks with protective nets after a series of successful strikes on its oil infrastructure by Ukrainian drones.

This was reported by the Atesh partisan movement on its official Telegram channel.

The report states that the movement's agents continue to carry out reconnaissance of these key targets. They record the exact coordinates and types of protective structures, and assess the level of protection for each target. The data enable planning of further precision strikes.

"Every new attempt by the russian federation to fortify its facilities only delays the inevitable. We will continue to paralyze the occupier's fuel infrastructure, complicating the enemy's logistics in all directions," the statement reads.

The Defense Forces of Ukraine are successfully attacking russian oil depots and refineries. During August, Ukraine successfully targeted the following refineries:

  • Ryazan Refinery
  • Novokuybyshev Refinery
  • Afipsky Refinery
  • Saratov Refinery
  • Volgograd Refinery
  • Syzran Refinery
  • Novoshakhtinsky Refinery
  • Ilsky Refinery
  • Kuibyshev Refinery

Earlier Defense Express reported that Ukrainian partisans had tracked GRU spetsnaz in russia's Tambov. We also wrote that the Atesh movement had scouted out russian plant producing chassis for Buk-M1-2, Tor-M1, and Tunguska-M1 systems.
