Due to successful attacks by the Defense Forces of Ukraine on russian air defense, occupiers start building barrages to protect it

The Atesh partisan movement reported on its Telegram channel that occupation authorities are trying to hide air defense equipment from civilians in Crimea. For this purpose, russian occupiers began to build road screen safety shield on the peninsula's highways.

Partisans claim that this was caused by successful strikes of the Defense Forces of Ukraine that entailed the destruction of air defense assets.

"This is the result of the work of not only Ukrainian Forces, but also Crimeans who actively shared information about the location of occupiers' military equipment," the statement reads.

According to the Atesh, russians plan to build many barrages on the highways of Crimea in the nearest future.

"We encourage those who are building these shields to write us and share valuable information. It will help prevent their plans," the Atesh stated.

Earlier Defense Express reported that Ukrainian partisans had confirmed use of abandoned airfields by russians in temporarily occupied Crimea.
