Senior Lieutenant Mikhail Konopishin, aged 27, was killed in the attack. Mikhail Konopishin, assigned to the Military Investigation Department of the Investigative Committee of the russian federation, had only arrived in Belgorod in November 2023. Prior to this role, he served as a platoon commander for anti-tank missiles in the war against Ukraine.
