The head of the Odessa Regional State Administration Maksym Marchenko also confirmed that the tug was hitted by Ukrainian Navy

The moment of the enemy shipwreck was recorded by a Bayraktar TB2 drone. It should be noted that the ship was hit by two anti-ship missiles. It can indicate that the ship will probably go to the bottom to the "Moscow".

The tug "Vasily Bekh" was accepted into the Black Sea Fleet in 2017. It has a displacement of 1,605 tons - this is, for example, almost twice as much as the missile corvette of the Russian Navy project 21631 "Buyan-M", which displacement about 900 tons.
