Ukrainian troops destroyed two Russian hi-tech systems by using American MLRS M142 HIMARS

According to the Telegram channel AFU StratCom Ukrainian troops for two days 18-19 July destroyed in Kherson region - universal mobile three-coordinate radar station 48Ya6-K1 "Podlet-K1" near the Lazurne and electronic warfare system "Repelent-1" near Kakhovka Hydroelectric Power Plant

The Podlet-K1 is a long-range, high-altitude surveillance radar system deployed by the Russian Aerospace Defense Forces capable of detecting airplanes flying at a distance of 600 kilometers and altitudes of up to 100 kilometers. The Podlet-K1 radar was first unveiled in April 2018.

Repellent-1 (Репеллент-1) is a Russian electronic warfare system designed to suppress the operation of unmanned aerial vehicles at a distance of up to 30 to 35 km.

"Repellent" is able to detect miniature air targets on their control signals at a distance of more than 35 km, but is able to suppress drones only at a distance of not more than 2.5 km.
