iranian instructors have already arrived in the russian federation to show how to launch new Arash-2 UAVs and surface-to-surface missiles

russia has found an "original" way to provide its mobilized troops with at least some sort of equipment. The solution was offered by its proven ally iran.

According to the Defense Intelligence of Ukraine, russia has received 1,500 pairs of bulletproof vests and helmets from iranian Milad, the equipment is now being stored in the Belgorod Oblast.

At the same time, iran continues to supply russian army with weapons to fight against Ukraine. In particular, it is preparing a new group of advisers to help the russian armed forces to launch new Arash-2 drones and surface-to-surface missiles on the territory of Ukraine.

First, there is the Arash-2 drone. As it is often the case with iranian weapons, there is little information about this device. We know that it has a length of 4.5 m and 4 m wingspan. It is twice as fast as Shahed-136 when a jet engine is used (400 km/h) and operational range of 1,000 km, though in some sources we can see 1,600 km.

Available data indicates the warhead is no less than 30 kg, some records say its 260 kg with a rocket engine.

Secondly, the missiles. Earlier reports warned of the possibility of russia acquiring Fateh-110 and Zolfaghar missiles with a firing range of 300 and 700 km respectively. The sides agreed on the supply of those back in September.
