A russian missile strike targeted a foreign civilian vessel docked in the port of Kherson, as reported by the press center of the South Operational Command.
The vessel, a cargo ship, had been held in the port by russian forces since the onset of the large-scale invasion.

Additionally, in the Black Sea community of Mykolaiv region, a civilian fishing vessel caught fire due to enemy shelling. Thankfully, prompt action led to the extinguishing of the fire, with no casualties reported, according to military sources.
