The Lithuanian Ministry of Defense confirmed the delivery, emphasizing its ongoing commitment to supporting Ukraine. This year, Lithuania plans to enhance Ukraine’s air defense, provide ammunition and drones, and support Ukraine’s defense industry by financing domestically produced weapons.
Additionally, Lithuania will continue contributing to international coalitions, including the mine action coalition, which it co-leads with Iceland.

"Military assistance will also be transferred via international funds and collective initiatives, medical rehabilitation aid to injured Ukrainian troops and training to Ukrainian military personnel will continue to be provide," the ministry stated.
Since the start of russia’s full-scale invasion, Lithuania has supplied Ukraine with military aid worth over €767 million.
