According to the Defense Intelligence of Ukraine, russian military factories produceup to 50 such missiles each month. At the same time russians have 160 Kh-101 missiles in their depots, which ready for use.
Due to sanctions, the terrorist state cannot directly purchase components for the production of these missiles. However, with the help of illegal schemes, russia manages to get the equipment it needs. According to Ukraine's intelligence, 90 percent of shipments are routed through China.

It is also known that President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy during a joint press conference with his US counterpart Joe Biden at the G7 summit said that Chinese President Xi Jinping had promised him not to supply weapons to the russian federation.
"I spoke to the head of China over the phone. He said he would not sell weapons to russia. We will see. If he is a decent person, he will not. Because he gave me his word," Zelenskyy stated.
According to Western intelligence reports, China does not directly supply arms to russia. However, most of the illegal trafficking of components needed to build drones, missiles, and military equipment goes to russian terrorists through China.
