France and Britain have granted Ukraine permission to strike deep within russian territory using SCALP/Storm Shadow missiles, according to Le Figaro.

(It is worth noting that as of the morning of November 18, Le Figaro had deleted its publication claiming that France and the United Kingdom had authorized SCALP/Storm Shadow strikes on russia. This decision aligns with the U.S. approval from President Joe Biden’s administration, which recently authorized Ukrainian forces to use long-range ATACMS missiles against russian targets.
