The National Resistance Center of Ukraine has received information that Belarusian security agencies are preparing to conduct false flag operations in the border zone with Ukraine.
These planned provocations will be staged and then thwarted by Belarusian forces to demonstrate their capabilities to their Chinese counterparts. From July 8 to 19, joint exercises involving the Special Operations Forces of Belarus and the People’s Liberation Army of China are taking place in Belarus. These exercises are classified as “anti-terrorism”.

Prior to the exercises and the arrival of Chinese units in Belarus, Deputy Chief of the General Staff of the Belarusian Armed Forces, Major General Vladimir Kupriyanyuk, announced the threat of armed provocations being prepared and carried out on Belarusian territory “under conditions of increasing presence of special forces units, mercenaries and various volunteer formations in the border areas.”
This statement was intended to prepare the information space for Belarus to conduct its own provocations. It would be highly advantageous for Belarus, in the context of its accession to the Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO) and the first joint anti-terrorist exercises with the PLA, to showcase the capabilities of its security agencies in responding to threats.
Accordingly, the Belarusian security agencies plan to “successfully thwart armed provocations”along the Ukrainian-Belarusian border, after which they will attempt to blame Ukraine.
