The Ukrainian and Crimean Tatars partisan movement named Atesh (Crimean Tatar: Ateş, literally "Fire", Ukrainian: Атеш, romanized: Atesh) had reconnoitered the base of occupiers' 126th separate coastal defense brigade in Simferopol

That was reported on the Atesh movement’s Telegram channel.

"Our agents made a raid in the village of Perevalne, Simferopol area, where the 126th separate coastal defense brigade of russian federation is located. Coordinates: 44.8387260855, 34.329308845," the partisan movement reported.

It is noted that this brigade suffered huge losses at the beginning of the war. The unit lost more than 75% of the combat personnel in killed and wounded. Currently, the re-staffed units of this brigade are fighting in the Kherson sector.

The Atesh added that despite the large number of soldiers, it had managed to reconnoiter the area around the base. Checkpoints, cameras, patrols, barracks and depot with military equipment has been carefully studied to plan next operations.

According to the partisan, their agent has been serving in this brigade for six months.

"From the very beginning of the so-called 'partial mobilization', we have been successfully attracting new agents to our ranks. The results will not be long in coming!" the guerrillas emphasized.

The Atesh partisan movement was created in September 2022. One of the movement’s goals is "to destruct the russian army from the inside." Currently, members of the movement are actively mobilizing into the ranks of the russian army to help the Armed Forces of Ukraine behind enemy lines.

Defense Express reported earlier about Train Derailment near Simferopol that Disrupted Supply Line to russia's Black Sea Fleet.
