During the meeting of russian and belarusian dictators Putin and Lukashenko in February 2023, the latter made a statement about his desire to launch the production of "the MiG-25 attack aircraft that showed itself well in Ukraine" locally in Belarus. Apparently, meant the Su-25 attack aircraft, and Lukashenko noted the readiness to produce this aircraft in the country with "appropriate small support from the russian federation".
Now we have the following information: the Ambassador of Belarus to russia Dmitri Krutoi reported that Belarus had received from the russian federation technical documentation for the production of the Su-25 attack aircraft, which is necessary for the production of components of this aircraft, as well as for final assembly.

To be more precise, Krutoi reported that nowadays the Su-25 is "under processing" and the documentation "is being handed over by the russian side" and noted that the task set by the Prime Minister of Belarus, Roman Golovchenko, is tough: "From the assembly of aircraft engines to the final assembly planes. This is, of course, a super task, a maximum task."
Regarding the assessment of the production of the Su-25 attack aircraft, Defense Express has already described the issue of the production deployment. To put it briefly, Belarusians are unlikely to succeed in the short term (the next few years) release serial assembled "from scratch" Su-25’s.
Overall, Krutoi notes that the plans of Belarusian enterprises are to take an active part in the development of aircraft construction in russia. In particular, he notes that according to the results of the visits of Belarusian delegations to the russian federation, it is planned to "form the loading of two enterprises: the 407th and 558 factories".
Thus, there are plans to produce about 1,350 components for the MS-21 aircraft (previously Lukashenko said that Belarusians already produce up to a thousand components for the MS-21 and Sukhoi Superjet), and for the Il-76 military transport and Il-78 fuel tanker an order for more than 2100 components has already been formed. In addition, plans were announced regarding the Tu-204 aircraft, for which the Belarusians plan to produce 700 spare parts as a substitution to the imported ones.
