The Head of state visited the advanced positions of one of the mechanized brigades, the personnel of which is confronting the enemy on the approaches to the city. The President listened to the commander's report on the operational situation, logistical support and proposals for further actions.

While in the area of hostilities, Volodymyr Zelensky thanked the Ukrainian soldiers for their courage, resilience and strength, which they demonstrate while repelling enemy attacks.
The President of Ukraine presented state awards to military personnel. Soldiers of mechanized, motorized infantry, mountain assault, tank, artillery and airmobile units received them.
The Head of state and all those present honored the memory of the heroes who remained forever on the battlefield with a moment of silence.
