No information regarding the condition of the russian air defense system after the accident but there are confirmed losses among the military personnel

A russian Telegram channel called ASTRA reports an unusual "traffic accident" that happened in the russian-occupied territories of eastern Ukraine, in the Donetsk region. According to the message, a freight train collided with a Strela-10 mobile surface-to-air missile system.

The incident took place at the Yenakiieve–Vuhlehirsk segment of the railroad. The media states that russians were moving as a column when the Strela-10 driver failed to keep control of the vehicle and drove off the bridge, resulting in a collision with a train. The locomotive derailed, and the railway track got damaged, too.

There are also casualties among the russian soldiers reported: three personnel died and two more were injured.

Overall, such accidents involving valuable military equipment happen oddly often. For instance, there was this Zoopark-1M counter-battery radar system that miscalculated the height of a bridge and crashed the antenna into it. It was in April 2022.

Or that time a russian S-400 system rolled off the road in Tula Oblast near Moscow, or the Tor system fell off a truck, overthrown to the side in occupied Melitopol.
