This news means that the russian federation has started "hunting" for the Neptune and Harpoon anti-ship complexes in Ukraine. Since the russians had to rely on the methods of agency intelligence for such a "hunt", it means that the radio-electronic intelligence of the russian Armed Forces was unable to detect the positions of anti-ship complexes in Ukraine.

In one of the interviews, the Minister of Defense Oleksiy Reznikov said that the already destroyed drilling platforms contained electronic warfare equipment to counter Ukraime’s Neptune complexes. But it seems that along with the platforms, the radio equipment of the russians, which was supposed to monitor the movements of our mobile anti-ship complexes, was destroyed as well.
