"In the town of Gubkin, Belgorod region, the North army group’s command post of the russian invading army was successfully hit. Residents of Gubkin observed thick black smoke, felt its smell, heard loud sounds of explosions," the message says.

The city of Gubkin is located approximately 100 km from the border with Ukraine.
