The Ministry of Defense of Belarus has announced another battalion-level military exercise where the tank battalion of the 19th mechanized brigade is participating. Despite the fact that such training has already become regular, the following aspects attract attention.
The battalion has to march on its own, and taking the distance from the point of permanent deployment in Zaslonovo in Vitebsk oblast and the announced training site, which is the 227th Borisovsky training ground, then it is more than 100 km at its own power. In addition, during the exercises, a water obstacle the Berezina River) is to be crossed.

At the same time, working out the march over a considerable distance and forcing a river in the winter period is a continuation of the classic element for the Armed Forces of Belarus, which has been seen since the spring of last year.
Also, according to the reports of Belarusian Hajun, in the last two days, no significant transfer of equipment by road has been recorded, but there has been observed transfer of artillery, armored vehicles, including tanks and IFVs to Borysov in Gomel, where the already mentioned 227th training ground is located,.
