Joint Task Force operating in the Ukrainian Eastern Operational Zone, the so-called Donbas, has published a regular report on the situation in its area of responsibility. On May 23, the Ukrainian forces of this unit repelled 16 russian attacks. In two more locations the fighting is still going on. Russian casualties today mount to:
- eight tanks;
- 22 armored fighting vehicles;
- one non-armored vehicle.
- one “Granat-1” artillery reconnaissance UAV; and
- six "Orlan-10" ISR UAVs.

Along the entire line of defense, russians used combat aircraft, MLRS, large-caliber barrel artillery, tanks, mortars of various systems. The missile and bomb strikes targeted civilian infrastructure and peaceful residential areas.

In the area of responsibility of the operational-tactical task force "East", russian invaders carried out a single attack. As result, russians have lost:
- 30 personnel;
- one tank;
- two IFVs;
- two UAVs.
