During the day of October 28th, Ukrainian Defense Forces repelled attacks of the russian invaders in the vicinities of Vodyane, Kam’yanka and Nevels’ke settlements, Donetsk oblast.
The enemy keeps shelling Ukrainian positions all along the line of contact, reinforces defensive lines and positions on certain directions, and conducts aerial reconnaissance. The occupant forces attack civilian infrastructure and residences, thus violate the rules of International Humanitarian Law, and the laws and principles of war.

During the day of October 26th, the adversary launched 4x missile and up to 25x air strikes, and conducted over 70x MLRS attacks.
The vicinities of more than 35x Ukrainian settlements were affected by the enemy attacks, including: Siversk and Prechistivka (Donetsk oblast); Mali Shcherbaki (Zaporizhzhia oblast); Davydiv Brid and Mala Seideminukha (Kherson oblast), and Kobzarka (Mykolaiv oblast).
The key points of the report:
Volyn and Polissya axes: no major changes. The republic of belarus provides further support to the armed aggression of the russian federation against Ukraine. The threat of missile and air strikes, as well as “Shahed-136” drone attacks from the territory of the republic of belarus remains high.
Sivershchyna axis: the vicinities of Hai, Khrinivka, and Leonivka (Chernihiv oblast) were subject to cross-border mortar and artillery shelling;
Slobozhanshchyna axis: the areas around Veterynarne, Dvorichna, Staritsa, Strelecha and Chugunivka suffered intense artillery fire;
Kup’yans’k and Lyman axes: Berestove, Nevs’ke, Spirne, and Olhivka came under mortar, tube and rocket artillery fire;
Bakhmut axis: tanks and artillery of various calibers shelled the areas around Bakhmut, Bakhmuts’ke, Bilohorivka, Chasiv Yar, Klishchiivka, Soledar, Zelenopillia, and Yakovlivka;
Avdiivka axis: enemy tanks, mortars, tube and rocket artillery shelled the areas around Avdiivka, Vodyane, Mar’inka, Novomykhailivka, and Pervomais’ke;
Novopavlivka and Zaporizhzhia axes: russian occupiers attacked civilian infrastructure and Ukrainian Defence Forces in the vicinities of Velyka Novosilka, Vremivka, Hulyaipole, Zaliznychne, and Pavlivka.
Pivdennyi Buh axis: more than 20 settlements along the contact line were damaged as a result of enemy attacks. To conduct aerial reconnaissance, the enemy made about 20x sorties of UAVs of various types.
Due to the major problems with the provision of medical treatment, that include unstable operations of medical aviation, low development of medical infrastructure in Belgorod oblast of russia, and overcrowded (working at 100% capacity) medical facilities, russian invaders are forced to evacuate their wounded personnel to neighboring Voronezh oblast.
In the temporarily occupied Beryslav settlement, Kherson oblast, the occupiers en-masse change into civilian and occupy local private households.
The so-called "evacuation" of occupiers from the temporarily occupied territory of Kherson oblast, including medical facilities, continues. All equipment and medicines are taken out of Kherson hospitals. Doctors who refuse to leave are not allowed to enter hospitals, even for personal belongings.
As a result of accurate Ukrainian artillery strikes, up to 300x occupiers amassing prior the next attack on Ukrainian positions were neutralized in the vicinities of Maiors’k (Donetsk oblast) the day before. About 60x more lightly wounded were taken the next day to medical facilities in the city of Horlivka. Up to 20x russian military were neutralized in the village of Chervonopivka (Luhansk oblast), and about 30x occupiers got wounded.
During the past 24 hours, Ukrainian Air Force delivered 24x air strikes on the concentrations of russian weapons and military equipment, and enemy against russian air defense systems. On other axes, our air defense units shot down 2x russian Su-25 attack jets, 1x Mi-8 transport helicopter and 1x UAV.
Over the current day, Ukrainian missile and artillery troops engaged several positions of russian self-propelled howitzers and other important legitimate targets.
