The Turkish FDI GROUP FALCON DYNAMIC SYSTEMS DEFENSE INDUSTRY AND TRADE LIMITED COMPANY, which has its local companies FDI HIGH TECH SYSTEMS, UNIPESSOAL LDA in Portugal (Lisbon) as well as FDI ADVANCED TECHNOLOGY in Ukraine (Kyiv), has presented a next-generation remote-controlled weapon station (RCWS) for combat vehicles to the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine.
Labeled the FDI FALCON 127M, this remote turret is equipped with two FALCON EYE EOFCS, providing full 360-degree battlefield coverage and AI-assisted mission experience.

In cooperation with Ukraine’s Ministry of Defense and with the support of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, the FDI Group will independently integrate the FDI FALCON 127M RCWS worth USD 650,000 into an armored vehicle of the Ministry's choice. After field trials, the company will donate the modernized armored personnel carrier to the Ukrainian military free of charge.
The highlight of this innovative RCWS is the Falcon Eye EOFCS: it represents a revolutionary approach to fire control solutions that FDI GROUP offers on the global defense market.
The FALCON EYE electro-optical fire control system can instantly detect and intercept any threat, calculating ballistic data in real time, thus significantly increasing the hit rate on moving targets. The system provides an all-around view at all 360°, at distances of up to 5,000 meters, making the armored vehicle practically invulnerable to enemy ground threats too.
Innovative solutions by FDI Group maintain a balance between firepower, mobility, and protection, ensure connectivity with battle management systems.
FDI FALCON 127M RCWS equipped with two FALCON EYE EOFCS turns an armored personnel carrier into a highly effective tool for reconnaissance, surveillance, and battle management.
The unique combination of artificial intelligence, autonomy, as well as firepower transforms the FDI FALCON 127M next-generation weapon station into a key element for both offensive and defensive operations.
The Falcon Eye's dual EOFCS with full 360-degree coverage allows the commander and gunner to independently observe the battlefield at distances of up to 5,000 meters and engage targets at a 1,500-meter range. This ensures complete situational awareness with separate EOFC Systems, greatly improving the way they interact while operating the turret, which boosts the vehicle’s combat resilience, and, most importantly, saves the lives of Ukrainian military personnel.
Artificial intelligence enables the weapon station to automatically detect up to five targets simultaneously as well as track one in real time. The system operates 24/7, with advanced thermal imaging cameras providing perfect view at night and in low-visibility conditions (even when obstruction reaches 70–80%).
Worth noting, the next-generation weapon systems developed by the FDI Group can be integrated into both Western and domestic types of weaponry. This makes these systems a universal solution for combating enemy lightly armored vehicles and manpower.
Thanks to FDI Group's innovations, even outdated armored personnel carriers can be transformed into efficient mobile combat platforms with superior firepower and reconnaissance capabilities.
Over the past 15 years, FDI's engineers and specialists have been developing unique solutions that provide the Ukrainian Defense Forces with essential and unparalleled advantages on the battlefield, drawing on combat experience from various countries, and on the battlefield experiences of the Ukrainian army in particular since 2022.
As Defense Express learned from FDI Group representatives, they are currently preparing to demonstrate another unique solution — an air defense system worth $1.5 million, which will also be donated to the Armed Forces of Ukraine following field trials. According to the manufacturer:
The innovative solutions of the FDI Group, such as the FDI FALCON 127M equipped with two Falcon Eye dual EOFCS as well as the air defense system, will become not just weapons but also symbols of technological progress and Ukraine’s strategic superiority in its fight for freedom against russian invaders.
