The russian fleet has relocated to the Sea of Azov to ensure the fundamental survival needs. This information was reported by Dmytro Pletenchuk, a spokesperson for the Ukrainian Navy.

“The enemy relies on heightened security measures due to the closed strait. They have constructed barriers and restricted the passage, which they believe provides increased safety. Moreover, the russians have strategically integrated with civilian vessels,” Dmytro Pletenchuk, explained.

The spokesperson highlighted that this situation could complicate military operations, as the use of weapons against these ships is now more challenging. The occupiers are fully aware of this and are taking advantage of it.
