The situation with shells for Ukraine that should be purchased outside the European Union is quite secretive. In particular, the Czech Republic, which has found such a powerful source, still does not disclose provider. Unofficial sources also avoid answering this question.
Now, the timing of delivery of these shells to Ukraine greatly varies from source to source. For instance, on March 10, President of the Czech Republic Petr Pavel said that munitions could arrive within a few weeks if there are no fundamental problems.

On March 12, Czech Prime Minister Petr Fiala noted that his country's role is in ensuring the supply of ammunition, organization of financing and coordination of supplies. He also noted that in an ideal situation, it would take months to successfully deliver ammunition to the frontline.
On March 13, Minister of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine Dmytro Kuleba said that the first batch of ammunition should be delivered in the foreseeable future and it would not take many months. However, he noted that Prague's initiative was designed to supply ammunition in batches throughout 2024.
Also on March 13, Czech National Security Advisor Tomáš Pojar said that firstly money should come, then contracts should be signed, and only after that ammunition will be delivered to Ukraine within weeks. He also clarified that deliveries should begin in June. This term is the least correlated with Czech President's statement as well as differs from the words of the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine.
Such discrepancies can be explained by the fact that secrecy of these supplies is more than significant because no one wants to help russian agents. There is also an option that shells are purchased wherever it is possible as well as additional sources are found. For example, on March 12, Petr Fiala said that another 200,000 rounds of ammunition had been found, bringing the total number from 800,000 to 1 million.
Earlier Defense Express reported that Ukraine had launched mass production of Brave1 robotic ground platforms.
