Warriors of the 109th Battalion of the 10th Mountain Assault Brigade "Edelweiss"recorded a video of how they destroy two russian 2S1 Gvozdika self-propelled howitzers using FPV-drones

The video of destruction of russian 2S1 Gvozdika self-propelled howitzers was posted by the 10th Mountain Assault Brigade "Edelweiss" on its Facebook page.

"Two 2S1 Gvozdika self-propelled howitzers were destroyed. We express our sincere gratitude for another batch of FPV-drones for the 109th Battalion of the 10th Mountain Assault Brigade "Edelweiss". The results of work can be seen on the battalion's page," the description to the video reads.

The 2S1 Gvozdika is a Soviet 122mm self-propelled howitzer. The first prototype was ready in 1969. The 2S1 entered service with the Soviet Army in the early 1970s and was first seen in public at a Polish Army parade in 1974. The 2S1 is armed with a modified version of the 2A31 cannon which is also fitted to the D-30 towed howitzer.

Earlier Defense Express reported that Ukraine's Novator vehicle had passed the tests with, unexpectedly, a 14.5-mm machine gun weapon station.
