Ukrainian defenders continue to push back russian forces in Kharkiv region, striking deep into enemy logistics and disrupting critical military infrastructure. On May 23, the State Border Guard Service released a video report highlighting the combat success of the Phoenix unite.
Among the most significant targets destroyed was russian R-330M1P Diabazol electronic warfare command post, which had been interfering with Ukrainian drone operations. Its elimination not only cleared the airspace for further drone activity but also weakened russian battlefield communications and coordination.

The Phoenix unit also destroyed 22 enemy vehicles, one combat armored vehicle, the D-30 122 mm howitzer, and a large fuel depot, further degrading russian logistical capacity in the area.
"The combat work continues – enemy losses are growing," the State Border Guard Service reported.
The operation underscores Ukraine’s increasing reliance on precision drone warfare to undermine russian command, control, and supply lines, especially in contested frontline zones like Kharkiv.

As Defense Express previously reported, over the past week, operators from the Phoenix unit of the Pomsta Brigade have mounted a series of precision strikes along Ukraine's northeastern frontier, significantly degrading enemy combat capabilities.
