The Atesh partisan movement reported about on reconnaissance conducted at the Military Academy of the Signal Corps named after S. M. Budyonny, which is an educational institution of strategic importance and is located in St. Petersburg. According to the report, foreign mercenaries are being trained there.
Agents of the partisan movement recorded some changes: "the number of cadets increased, and many soldiers in full combat gear appeared. The security system has changed - all entrances to the academy are under the control of guards, and patrols in full gear have been posted near the academy's territory. The construction of defensive structures has also begun on the territory."

Ukrainian partisans continue to monitor institutions where officers are trained throughout the territory of the russian federation and promptly transmit data to the Defense Forces of Ukraine.
