This is how the enemy wants to create the impression of massiveness on the battlefield in conditions of significant losses of personnel.
That is according to information that was provided by the Atesh partisan movement on its Telegram channel.

"Conscripts were seen during the capture of Borysivka (Kharkiv region), where they provided support to units of the 9th Motorized Rifle Regiment. In addition to participating in offensive operations, conscripts are also often used to repair military equipment and equip defensive positions," the Atesh partisan movement notes.
This use of conscripts is explained by their fear of direct participation in battles. That is why they are being used "in more secure and technical roles on the front lines."
The Atesh is Ukrainian and Crimean Tatars military partisan movement in the occupied territories of Ukraine (Crimean Tatar: Ateş, literally "Fire", Ukrainian: Атеш, romanized: Atesh).

Earlier Defense Express reported that Ukrainian partisans had found missile depot for air defense by in temporarily occupied Crimea.
