On Tuesday, October 3, the air reconnaissance unit of the 3rd operational brigade "Spartan" of the National Guard of Ukraine hunted down an enemy 203mm self-propelled artillery cannon.
As you can see in the video, the fighters of the brigade with the help of the Shark reconnaissance drone by the Ukrspecsystems company (part of NAUDI — the National Association of Ukrainian Defense Industries) detected the enemy 2S7 Pion self-propelled cannon. Then they followed the enemy vehicle until it "hid" in the forest strip.

The fighters of the brigade passed the coordinates of the enemy self-propelled cannon to the artillerymen of the Defense Forces of Ukraine, who destroyed the russian self-propelled gun with a well-aimed shot from the HIMARS MLRS.
According to OSINT sources, the enemy2S7 Pion self-propelled 203mm cannon was destroyed near the settlement of Pokrovske, in the Zaporizhzhia region.
According to data of the Oryx portal, since the beginning of the full-scale invasion of the russian federation into Ukraine in February 2022, the russians have lost at least 18 of their their 2S7 Pion (or Malka) Soviet-made self-propelled 203mm cannons.
