Ukrainian soldiers of the 24th Separate Mechanized Brigade have once again demonstrated their resilience and tactical skill, successfully repelling large-scale assault by russian forces in the Chasiv Yar area.
The brigade’s official page shared a video showcasing the intense combat operation. The enemy, employing six BMD-4 infantry fighting vehicles (IFVs), attempted to breach Ukrainian defenses with a mechanized assault. However, thanks to well-fortified positions and precise coordination of Ukrainian units, the advance was decisively halted.

During the battle, Ukrainian defenders destroyed four of the enemy’s IFVs, inflicting significant losses on russian forces and weakening their offensive capabilities in the area. This victory highlights the professionalism and determination of Ukrainian forces in safeguarding their territory against ongoing aggression.
