The Defense Forces of Ukraine continue to target critical infrastructure facilities of the russian federation that support russian military

On the night of March 11, units of the Unmanned Systems Forces, the Special Operations Forces, the Security Service of Ukraine, the Defence Intelligence of Ukraine, in cooperation with other components of the Defense Forces of Ukraine, struck a number of strategic targets of the russian federation involved in the armed aggression against Ukraine. This is confirmed by the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

In particular, the production capacity of the Moscow Oil Refinery, which is capable of processing 11 million tons of oil per year and meets 40-50% of Moscow's needs for diesel and gasoline, was hit.

According to the report, explosions were recorded near the Stal'noi Kon' line-production dispatch station in Oryol Oblast, russia. This station controls the technological processes of the Druzhba oil pipeline and plays a key role in supplying oil to the Ust-Luga seaport terminal in the Leningrad region.

Open sources report that several civilian infrastructure facilities were damaged due to the operation of russian air defense.

"The Defense Forces of Ukraine possess detailed information about the strategic facilities involved in russia's armed aggression against Ukraine, adhere to international humanitarian law, and take measures to ensure the maximum safety of the civilian population," the statement reads.

Earlier Defense Express reported that russia had flown A-50 AEW&C aircraft for the first time in over six months.
