Ukrainian drone operators detected and destroyed russian tank that had been concealed near a tree line, the 414th Brigade reported.
According to the brigade, the tank was discovered by pilots of its 1st Battalion during a reconnaissance mission. Russian forces had attempted to hide the vehicle near a tree line, covering it with branches and leaves to make it harder to detect from the air.

The camouflage was intended to conceal the tank from Ukrainian drones, but the measure proved ineffective. Ukrainian operators spotted the vehicle despite the vegetation covering it and proceeded to strike the target.
Following the drone attack, the tank caught fire. The branches and dry leaves placed over the vehicle to conceal it only intensified the blaze after the strike.
Footage released by the brigade shows the concealed tank being detected and subsequently hit by Ukrainian drones. The strike resulted in the vehicle being engulfed in flames.
As Defense Express previously reported, Ukrainian forces targeted a broad range of russian military infrastructure, including an attack UAV facility, command and observation posts, a radar station, the Grenader reconnaissance posts, a MESH-network repeater and a fuel storage base.
