Local authorities in russia's Smolensk Oblast claimed a drone attack on the night of December 31. As the governor of the region Vasily Anokhin reported on his Telegram channel, the wreckage of one of the drones fell on the territory of an oil depot in the Yartsevsky district, causing a fuel spill and igniting a fire in fuel and lubricants.
Footage of fires at the oil depot in Smolensk Oblast has been published on social networks.

The Ministry of Defense of the russian federation reported that 68 Ukrainian drones were destroyed, including 10 over the territory of Smolensk Oblast.
Earlier Defense Express reported that Ukrainian Intelligence Forces had demonstrated precision strikes against russian forces.
