Such a conclusion was reached by OSINT-analysts who had established geolocation of the impact site.

The missiles could hit the headquarters located on the territory of the Brigantyna recreation center in the village of Shchaslyvtseve in the Henichesk urban community of the Henichesk district of the Kherson region. It is almost 140 kilometers from the front line.
In addition, an explosion occurred on the territory of the Burevisnyk camp.
During his April visit to the temporarily occupied territory of Ukraine, Putin allegedly visited the “Dnepr” Headquarters of the Russian invasion forces.
The OSINT community, after conducting research, concluded that the strike had been directed at the headquarters on the territory of the children’s camp.
This is confirmed by the coincidence of landmarks in the area, which were portrayed in the video of the visit and appeared in the materials of eyewitnesses.
Referring to its sources, resistance movement ATESH informs that after the explosions, Volodymyr Saldo, the Gauleiter of the Kherson region, urgently left Henichesk.
“Perhaps he will make several statements that he is in Henichesk, and these are all fakes. Stremousov also did it, and where is he now? Traitors, get ready,” the statement reads.
Eyewitness video shows at least three explosions, one of which took place in the water.
“One missile was shot down, but two still reached the target. As a result, one person was killed, another one was injured,” said Saldo in his address.
