The Special Operations Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine showed a battle with the enemy that lasted more than 8 hours. As a result, 21 North Korean soldiers were killed and 40 wounded.
"By the ninth hour of the battle, the Special Operations Forces had only a third of their ammunition left. They used the rest to destroy the enemy. The operators decided to exfiltrate, which is a military tactic to quickly remove the group from the battlefield to a safe place," the statement reads.

The soldiers left the battlefield in two Humvee trucks.
