Ukraine's Phoenix border guard drone unit has released a new compilation showcasing some of its most significant battlefield successes over the past week, highlighting a series of precision strikes against russian artillery, armored vehicles, logistics assets, and troop concentrations across multiple sectors of the front.
Combat footage published by the unit on August 3 demonstrates the growing effectiveness of Ukrainian drone operators in targeting both high-value military equipment and the logistical infrastructure that sustains russian offensive operations. The strikes span several active directions, illustrating the unit's operational flexibility.

On the Huliaipole axis, the Phoenix pilots successfully destroyed another russian BM-21 Grad multiple launch rocket system, eliminating an important source of indirect fire. The operators also struck several artillery pieces and conducted repeated attacks against enemy logistics, further limiting the occupiers' ability to support frontline units.
The unit also reported notable success on the Lyman front, where drone crews located and destroyed russian armored recovery vehicle together with the 2S5 Giatsint-S self-propelled artillery system. Recovery vehicles are particularly valuable assets because they enable damaged armored equipment to be repaired and returned to combat, making their destruction especially costly for russian forces.
On the Toretsk axis, Ukrainian drones continued targeting russian assault groups attempting to advance through repeated infantry attacks. According to the unit, drone operators methodically engaged enemy personnel entering their area of responsibility.
Meanwhile, the Dobropillia direction proved especially costly for russian forces during the reporting period. Ukrainian operators carried out sustained strikes against troop concentrations, transport vehicles, and logistics assets, inflicting heavy personnel losses while disrupting the movement of supplies to frontline positions.
