Since September 11, 2022 alone, almost 500 cruise missiles and more than 540 Iranian-made attack drones have been destroyed

That is according to Mykola Oleschuk, Ukraine’s Air Force Commander, Ukrinform reports citing the Force’s press service.

"Indeed, this number is not sufficient," he emphasized, "but these are the first steps towards creating a reliable, modern, and effective air defense system."

The Commander of Ukraine’s Air Force also added that Ukraine is “currently waiting to receive the Patriot air defense system."

According to Oleschuk, "certainly, receiving from our Western partners a multi-purpose aircraft with a wide range of weapons will immediately affect the course of hostilities, yield quick results in the de-occupation of our territories, and bring our Victory closer."

As Defense Express reported, Ukraine’s Air Force Hope Get F-16 Aircraft Instead of to Create Something Like Iron Dome.
