UDI and Amentum Services sign a Memorandum of Intent to collaborate on the restoration and maintenance of American-made armored vehicles

Ukrainian Defense Industry (UDI) has signed a Memorandum of Intent to establish a joint venture with Amentum Services, a leading global firm specializing in project design, management and solution integration.

The prospective collaboration aims to restore and maintain American-made armored vehicles, according to UDI.

“Representatives from Amentum Services recently visited UDI’s facilities to evaluate their current capabilities, technical infrastructure and potential,” the company stated.

Domestic arms manufacturers anticipate support from their new partners in acquiring technical documentation, equipment and spare parts essential for the repair and maintenance of the U.S.-manufactured armored vehicles.

The memorandum was signed by Herman Smetanin, CEO of UDI, and Joe Dunaway, President of Critical Missions Operations at Amentum Services.
