"The Fight Will Continue": Ukrainian Paratroopers Demonstrate Courage and Mastery on the Frontline

Over the past year, paratroopers have repelled over 1,300 assaults and eliminated 4,200 occupiers in the Kurakhove sector

Throughout 2024, soldiers of the 46th Airmobile Brigade of the Air Assault Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine successfully repelled 1,318 enemy assaults in the Kurakhove sector. They destroyed 118 tanks, 63 artillery systems, 2,318 UAVs of various types, 243 armored vehicles, and 4,206 russian occupiers.

"These concise yet impactful numbers represent more than a year of steadfast defense in the Marinka and Kurakhove directions—a year marked by relentless combat and grueling efforts to repel enemy assaults. These attacks ranged from large-scale offensives to complex, multi-directional operations involving varying numbers of enemy forces," the statement reads.

The report highlights that "the destruction figures for enemy personnel and equipment vividly illustrate the intensity of the battles and the unwavering strength, courage, skill, and precision of our comrades."

"As long as russian occupiers set foot on Ukrainian soil, the fight will persist—unyielding and relentless!" the paratroopers declared.
