The Swedish government has announced plans for additional military support to Ukraine, amounting to 75 billion kronor ($7 billion) over three years.
“To enhance Swedish support for Ukraine, the government and the Sweden Democrats have agreed to implement a framework program for military assistance from 2024 to 2026. This initiative will increase Sweden’s support, allocating 75 billion kronor for military aid over three years, with 25 billion kronor per year”, reads the report.

With this proposal, Sweden’s total military and civilian support for Ukraine will surpass 100 billion kronor.

The military assistance to Ukraine may include the free transfer of defense equipment, financial contributions and funding for the purchase of defense equipment.
