The head of the Spanish Ministry of Defense announced a new military aid package for the Armed Forces of Ukraine during a meeting of the Contact Group on Defense of Ukraine, commencing on Monday, May 20th. Also in attendance was the head of the Ukrainian Ministry of Defense, Rustem Umerov.

Robles stressed that the delivery is slated for the end of June. Alongside Leopard tanks, the aid package will encompass various types of ammunition.
At the same time, Robles emphasized her country's efforts to assist Ukraine, particularly in training Ukrainian soldiers.
Spain has announced the delivery of the second batch of Leopard tanks to Ukraine. The military package also includes 155-mm artillery ammunition, Patriot anti-aircraft missiles, anti-drone systems, optronic surveillance and tracking systems, and turrets, as noted by the Official page of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine on X.
