rusian Izhmash – Unmanned Systems company failed to fulfill the state order for the production of the Granat-4 systems due to the absence of European components, according to National Resistance Center of Ukraine.
The Ministry of Defense of russia concluded a contract with the factory for the production of new systems in the summer of 2023, but by October, the factory, based on an independent conclusion of the trade and industrial chamber of Udmurtia, reported that it could not fulfill the order due to sanctions and the lack of components from the EU.

The relevant document was handed over to the National Resistance Center by concerned employees of the factory, highlighting yet another instance where russia’s technological limitations hinder its armament capabilities, thereby thwarting adversarial intentions against Ukraine.
