On the night of August 18, the Defense Intelligence of Ukraine attacked another oil depot in russia with long-range attack drones. It is known that Kavkaz combine that located in Proletarsk, Rostov Oblast, was attacked. It is also known that russians used this oil depot to support russian occupation forces.

The attack on the oil depot was officially reported by the governor of the Rostov region, Vasily Golubev. Traditionally, russians say that their air defense repelled the drone attack, but the "fallen debris" caused the diesel fuel to catch fire.

Later, the second wave of drones attack was carried out on the oil depot, forcing russians to temporarily stop extinguishing the fire. It was so strong that a fire train arrived in Proletarsk around seven o'clock in the morning of the same day. As of 8 p.m. on August 18, firefighting was still in the progress, with three fire trains involved.

The fire is still being extinguished. On Monday, August 19, Golubev reported that the high alert state had been changed to an emergency situation, while more forces and resources were involved in fighting the fire.

It is also reported that 18 firefighters were injured in the fire. In addition, local Telegram channels reported about an explosion and fire of new fuel tanks. All this is being followed by heat and lack of precipitation.
