The occupiers mounted the WW2-era tank on a city entrance checkpoint to "scare off" Ukrainian forces

Midst the repeatedly incoming news of russians reinstating obsolete equipment, the appearance of the T-34 on their side was almost anticipated. And they appeared, though in a quite unexpected way.

Russian occupiers placed a T-34 tank on a checkpoint in the city of Lysychansk, recently captured after Ukraine’s forces' withdrawal.

The military who published the video suggest that russians were trying to "scare off" the Ukrainian forces in case they try the retake the occupied positions. And it has such a powerful effect that the wooden anti-tank hedgehogs almost remain unnoticed.

The only question remaining after such a performance is, as rightfully noted by the commantator in the video, whether this tank drove to the spot on its own or got towed by MT-LB or any other capable vehicle.
