The deployment of Pantsir-S1 on the Kerch bridge was reported by the Crimean Wind Telegram channel. Later it turned out that there was an export version with an armored cab mounted on the Kamaz-53958 chassis, painted in desert camouflage.
Notably, this version appears to have been a unique prototype previously demonstrated at the Victory Parade in Tula and exhibited at the Armiya 2024 forum.

According to Crimean Wind, this variant, called Pantsir-S1M, has several improved tactical and technical characteristics over the standard models, including increased range and altitude to hit air targets. It can also utilize two types of missiles: 57E6M-E and 57E6-E.
Earlier Defense Express reported that Ukraine had announced creation of a ballistic missile.
