It is noted that dynamic of chemical attacks is growing. 51 cases were recorded in January of 2024.
At the end of December of 2023, one of the cases was confirmed by the Institute for the Study of War (ISW). The analysts paid attention to the 810th naval infantry brigade of the Black Sea Fleet. It is noted that this brigade had deliberately used chemical weapons against Ukrainian troops. This was a clear violation of the Chemical Weapons Convention, where russia takes part too.
Earlier Defense Express reported that Defenders of Ukraine had captured russian occupiers in Zaporizhzhia sector.
