A video showing assault troops using scooters was published on December 22 by the Soldiers of 12th Special Operations Brigade Azov of the National Guard of Ukraine.
Over the past few months, during large-scale assaults, the enemy has lost a significant number of armored vehicles. As a result, the russians have resorted to using light vehicles, buggies, and even electric scooters.

During one such battle, five armored vehicles, eight light vehicles, and three abandoned electric scooters were destroyed, while 63 russian soldiers were killed.
The Azov fighters reported that russian infantry attempts daily to penetrate deep into Ukrainian defenses, establishing positions in semi-destroyed buildings or basements or hiding in tree lines.
They also reported that the enemy is using civilian vehicles to advance due to significant losses of military equipment. This has forced them to switch to common modes of transport like scooters or even bicycles. Similar cases have been reported in the Zaporizhzhia region.
