This morning the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine released a statement, informing the population that over the course of the 28 days of the full-scale war the enemy forces have lost 15 special purpose vehicles in combat, including EW and ER systems.
However, it seems like the list of the enemy special equipment destroyed by the Ukrainian defenders is about to extend. According to the information obtained by Defense Express the enemy wants to deploy four 1B75 Penicillin artillery reconnaissance systems on the outskirts of Kharkiv. These vehicles are a part of the equipment of the 5th Army of the Western Military District of the Russian Federation.

It seems like the aggressor is planning to utilize Penicillin systems to improve the targeting on the Malka large-caliber canons, which according to the update provided by the AFU General Staff have been recently deployed to the combat zone.
In the materials published prior to the war the Russians claimed that the maximum effective range for the Penicillin system is 25-50km. However, these claims are questionable, as prior to the war the Russians also claimed that the Penicillin systems are a serious threat to the US artillery.
Therefore, it becomes clear that as soon as the Russian troops decide to deploy the Penicillin systems they will almost immediately become a great target for the AFU artillery.
