New departments at civilian universities to prepare officer personnel for occupying forces

Departments for training officers in electronic warfare are set to be established at higher education institutions within the temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine. These civilian universities will be tasked with preparing officer personnel for the occupying forces, National Resistance Center of Ukraine reports.

Local collaborators have assured their Kremlin superiors that these departments will be operational imminently. The training will adhere to an accelerated curriculum, with graduates promised lucrative contract positions upon completion.

Additionally, mandatory courses on UAV management will be introduced at universities on the temporarily occupied territories. This initiative is presented as a form of “demilitarization in action”.
