A closer look at the vehicle’s designation reveals its Polish origin. The WZT-3 is a Polish-designed ARV based on the T-72, while its WZT-3M modification derives from the PT-91 Twardy. Until recently, there had been no reports of these vehicles being supplied to Ukraine by Poland.
