Explosions were heard in the russian city of Oryol during the night of December 14, according to the russian media outlet Baza.

russian media claimed that Ukrainian unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) attacked a local oil depot. Social media posts from residents described thick smoke rising from the targeted location.

"It was loud over Oryol! Residents noted several explosions in various parts of the city," one report stated.

Earlier Defense Express reported that on December 11, drones struck an oil depot owned by Transneft Corporation in Bryansk, another russian city.
